Damages Returns & Refunds

We want every customer to be 100% satisfied with their purchase.  If you receive an item that arrives damaged, please photograph and document the damage as we may need to file a claim with the carrier in order to process a refund or a return. 

If you are unhappy with your item for any other reason follow the instructions below to request a return authorization. 

Cancelation:  

Orders may be canceled before it leaves our building.  All orders generally ship within 24-48 hours of receipt. Once order has left, our building the order can still be canceled, however you are responsible for the freight charges both to and from our center.  Item's must arrive to our door in new condition to be considered for a refund. 

How to return an item

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, we would like to know!

Please gather your invoice and your used, or unused products and product packaging and contact us as soon as possible.

  1. Please email info@saltskill.com to request a refund and we will review your situation. If a return is necessary, we will assign you a shipping label and tracking #.
  2. Mail your returned item to:

  1. Please include in your package a signed letter stating the reason for your return and the original receipt.

Exchanges

If you have ordered an incorrect item by mistake and would like to exchange this item, please contact us for a return/exchange authorization.
